This is one of the most exciting times of the year for me as a doctor. The reason I love “The New Year” so much is because it’s a time when people around the world are filled with fresh vision and hope. They create resolutions.
These resolutions are really an internal declaration of fresh vision and new hope. They are saying, “I don’t like things the way they are, I can see things being different ‘x’ number of months from now and here is how I am going to do it.”
“I am going to loose 30 lbs by spring” really means, I have a fresh vision of my body by spring.
“I am going to spend more time with my family,” really means, I see my family as a greater priority and I want to express that to them greater, and I can see my family better and stronger in the future.
“I am going to pay off my credit card,” really means, I am hopeful for more freedom and less financial bondage in the future.

This is the essence of what better futures are made of. The very definition of faith is being certain of things to come that have not yet manifested.
All changed futures have to begin with faith, hope, and vision.
It is a necessary ingredient in order for you to move forward in a changed and better way.
That’s why I love this time of year. People are more filled with a belief for a better future than any other time of the year. I see more people heal and get well in these coming months, annually, than any other time of year and it all starts with a new vision which requires faith and creates hope.
Be Blessed,
Dr Matt
