I have been discouraged and didn’t want to try yet another Chiropractor and still not see positive results. I have only been in once, but Dr. B (I think?) really knew his stuff. He could see all kinds of issues with my posture right off the bat, took XRAYS on the spot, and scheduled me in for an appointment with those XRAY results 2 days later. I will be going in Thursday for my first actual appointment and for the first time in a while I feel hopeful that surgery may not be the only option. Looking forward to coming back in and continuing to work with Dr. B towards a happy, pain-free life.

Cynthia MacDonald2024-08-10I’ve been patient of New Life Chiropractic and Dr. Matt Tonnos since he started practicing in Grimsby in the early 2000’s . When ever my family has a need Dr. Matt helps us heal it naturally. Dr.B is also excellent. When I started with Dr. Matt, I was a young mom who got many head aches. After regular adjustments the head aches are gone. Recently, I found out I had plantar fasciitis in my feet. Dr B did a foot scan, recommended orthotics and exercises and now I can get back to the work outs and walks I love. New life really does help you from head to toe.

The entire staff as well as Dr. B is nothing less than perfectly professional always pleasant and accommodating with any changes I had to make with my appointment times. extremely thorough as they follow through with your care with much detail. The set up is such that your appointment moves along efficiently and usually quickly unless there’s lots of people. I have felt definitely more flexible in my neck area, which had some limited mobility. My spine and hips definitely feel more aligned. It was worth my time to follow through consistently and I expect to continue to go for maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend New life chiropractic!! Got my husband and daughter to join as well
